Genki-AI is an AI-powered e-commerce creative monetization platform designed to help e-commerce sellers and brand operators transform creative ideas into marketable product solutions using artificial intelligence, while supporting product distribution and operational decision-making. The main platform features may include, but are not limited to: AI-powered creative generation and design tools; Product design and product solution generation; Store management and product management; Data analysis and operational optimization recommendations; Team collaboration and account management. Specific features may vary depending on product versions, subscription plans, or regions.

To access certain features of Genki-AI, you must create an account. When registering an account, you agree to: Provide true, accurate, and complete information; Safeguard your account credentials (such as email and password); Not transfer or authorize others to use your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us promptly. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms under reasonable circumstances.

Genki-AI provides a range of AI-based tools to assist users in completing the process of e-commerce creative generation and product commercialization. Through the platform, users may: Input text or image prompts to generate designs; Edit and optimize design content; Apply designs to producible product types; Generate e-commerce materials such as product titles, descriptions, and tags; Generate product pricing and profit analysis; Publish products to authorized e-commerce platforms. The results generated by the platform are provided solely as assistance tools. Users are responsible for independently determining their suitability and legality.

Genki-AI allows users to connect their e-commerce platform accounts to enable features such as product publishing or data synchronization. When you authorize the platform to connect to your store account, you agree that the platform may access certain information within the necessary scope, including: Product data; Product inventory information; Order information; Sales data. Such information is used solely to enable platform functionality. Supported integrations may include platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Shopee, Lazada, and AliExpress. Users must ensure that they have lawful authorization to access and use the relevant store accounts.

Genki-AI allows users to create or operate independent stores and sell products through the platform. In such cases: Products may be provided by third-party merchants or creators; Product manufacturing, fulfillment, or after-sales services may be performed by the respective merchants or supply chain partners; The platform only provides technical support and transaction infrastructure. Users acknowledge and agree that: Product quality, accuracy of descriptions, and after-sales responsibilities are typically borne by the product provider; The platform is not a direct party to product sales contracts unless explicitly stated otherwise; However, the platform may assist in resolving order issues or user complaints within a reasonable scope.

Genki-AI offers a free version that allows users to access certain basic features. The platform also provides different levels of subscription services that offer additional features, such as: Higher AI generation limits; Advanced design tools; Product generation and analytics capabilities; Team collaboration features. Subscription prices, features, and billing cycles will be described on the platform's pricing page. The platform reserves the right to adjust service content or pricing.

Subscription fees are typically processed through third-party payment service providers, such as Stripe. When subscribing to paid services, you must provide a valid payment method. Subscriptions will generally renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle unless you cancel before the next billing period begins.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by the platform, subscription fees that have already been incurred are generally non-refundable. After purchasing a subscription, if you are not satisfied with the service and have not substantially used the paid features, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of the initial subscription purchase. If a refund request is submitted within the 14-day withdrawal period, we will review the request and, if approved, refund the relevant amount through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. After the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period, all payments are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted through the customer support email, and the platform will review them based on the specific circumstances.

When using AI features: Users are fully responsible for the input content (such as prompts or images); Users should independently review the legality, accuracy, and suitability of AI-generated content; Before commercially using AI-generated content, users must ensure that such use does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Due to the nature of AI technology: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unpredictable results; Different users may generate similar content; The platform does not guarantee the uniqueness or exclusivity of generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Genki-AI shall not be liable for any losses arising from users' use of AI-generated content.

During the use of the platform, users may upload or generate content such as images, text, design files, or product ideas. Users represent and warrant that: You own or have obtained the legal rights to use such content; Your content does not infringe upon any third-party rights; The content does not violate applicable laws. Users retain the rights to their content but grant the platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for the purposes of providing platform services, processing and displaying relevant content, and improving product functionality. This authorization remains valid during the existence of the user's account and may continue for a reasonable period after account termination for legitimate business purposes.

Genki-AI allows users to transform designs into physical products. Product manufacturing, printing, or fulfillment may be carried out by third-party partners. In such cases: Product manufacturing is handled by third-party suppliers; Product quality and logistics timelines may be affected by suppliers and logistics providers; The platform does not bear direct responsibility for the actions of third-party suppliers to the extent permitted by law. Users must independently confirm whether products comply with the legal requirements of their target markets.

Users may use designs or product solutions generated by the platform for commercial purposes. When selling products, users must comply with applicable laws, including but not limited to: Intellectual property laws; Consumer protection laws; Cross-border e-commerce regulations; Product safety regulations. The platform only provides tools and services and does not assume legal responsibility for users' sales activities.

Users may not use the platform to engage in the following activities: Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others; Generating illegal or fraudulent content; Distributing hateful, violent, or unlawful content; Spreading spam through the platform; Attempting to hack or interfere with the platform system; Using automated programs to scrape platform data. If such behavior is detected, the platform has the right to remove relevant content, restrict or suspend accounts, terminate services, and take legal action when necessary.

The platform may rely on third-party service providers, such as: Cloud service providers; Payment service providers; Data analytics service providers; Supply chain or logistics partners. The platform does not guarantee the availability or security of third-party services.

Genki-AI may update, modify, or improve platform features from time to time, including adding, modifying, or removing certain features. While we strive to maintain stable services, we do not guarantee that the platform will always operate without interruption or errors. The platform may suspend services when necessary for maintenance or upgrades.

If a user violates these Terms or engages in behavior that may harm the platform or other users, Genki-AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user's account. Users may also stop using the platform or delete their account at any time. After account termination, certain user content or data may be deleted or become inaccessible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Genki-AI shall not be liable for: Inaccuracies or errors in AI-generated content; Issues caused by third-party suppliers or logistics providers; Losses arising from products independently published or sold by users; Service interruptions caused by force majeure. In any event, the total liability of the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to the platform within the past 12 months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be published on the platform, and users may be notified when necessary. Your continued use of the Services indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction at the location of the platform's operating company.
